Measure Q Info
Info | Measure Q
Per CFLF’s Mission Statement, we are dedicated to defeating the Laguna Residents First (LRF) ballot initiative (BI) known as the “An Initiative to Create the Beautiful Laguna Overlay Zoning District and Require Voter Approval for Major Development Projects” and now known as “Measure Q”.
This page has copies of the original ballot initiative, city agenda reports regarding the initiative, the fiscal impact study, and the recently-released Measure Q analyses for the November 2022 election.
The information here is not meant to be an exhaustive archive, but as a gathering of documents that should help the studious reader understand the impacts the measure would have on the City of Laguna Beach if passed.
